Life is change. Sometimes those changes feel easy, and/but frequently we are surprised by change and feel under-resourced, unready, and scared. My life’s work is to stand in that liminal space, and support people through the transitions.
My goal is that these changes will be transformative.
Curiosity about being human
What does it mean to be human and live the sort of life we want? My curiosity about that space, and experience with all different ways of being human and being a human has trained me to sit in the liminal, edge spaces that come along with change.
Nervous system reset
We are under so much stress and chaos and uncertainty just being right now. We can work on resourcing your nervous system to hold that space for you.
